bio-met is a collaborative initiative led by the European Copper Institute, International Zinc Association and the Nickel Producers Environmental Research Association (NiPERA). The tools and resources on have been developed collaboratively by ARCHE and wca environment.

bio-met is designed to be a multi-metallic tool, therefore, the addition of further metals would be welcomed. The bio-met principles document (150401-Biomet-principles), has been drafted by the founding members.
