bio-met is a collaborative initiative led by the European Copper Institute, International Zinc Association and the Nickel Producers Environmental Research Association (NiPERA). The tools and resources on bio-met.net have been developed collaboratively by ARCHE and wca environment.

The site contains publically available information and data, but for the first time places this information together. However, if you find any material missing or would like to make information available to others via this site please contact us.

bio-met is designed to be a multi-metallic tool, therefore, the addition of further metals would be welcomed. The bio-met principles document (150401-Biomet-principles), has been drafted by the founding members. If you would like any further information about the principles or would like to consider the addition of another metal to the tool please contact the bio-met team via the contact us page or at contact@bio-met.net.
